Cobalt Assembly
The Cobalt Assembly [49, 23] is the home of the Cobalt Assembly faction of blue dragons in north-central Azure Span. The area has been taken over by the Sundered Flame, and the blues of the area are asking for adventurers to help restore their cache of arcana.
Atop the central tower, a group of young dracthyr are using the area as a library.
Outside of the quest hub, the surrounding areas are an elite area and are best tackled with a group of well-geared adventurers.
The Training Grounds at the eastern end of the Assembly are a free-for-all PvP area, and a world quest from Malicia (
[70WQ] Wild Arcana) asks players to kill other players or destroy Unstable Arcana fairly frequently. To the northeast, the Forge of Arcanum is held by the Spellforged Destroyer.
The assembly is bordered to the east and southeast by the Upper Frostlands, to the southwest by Camp Antonidas, and north by the Dragonsprings Summit of the Ohn'ahran Plains.
The flight master, Kruthix, has connections to Theron's Watch, Rhonin's Shield, Camp Antonidas, and Three-Falls Lookout in the Azure Span; Forkriver Crossing and Pinewood Post in the Ohn'ahran Plains; and Garden Shrine in Thaldraszus.
