Patch changes

Patch 10.0.0 (2022-10-25): Now a row 4 talent (was a level 25 talent).
Hotfix (2021-02-08): Now deals 35% bonus damage in PvP combat (was 20%).
Patch 9.0.1 (2020-10-13): Now requires level 25 (was 30). Low health benefit removed as it felt redundant with [Kill Shot] returning. Bonus damage is now applied to targets above 70% health (was 80%).
Patch 8.1.0 (2018-12-11): Now a 100% chance to deal 50% increased [Aimed Shot] damage (was a 50% chance to deal 100% increased Aimed Shot damage).
Hotfix (2018-08-10): Now increases Aimed Shot damage by 50% when engaged in combat with enemy players (was 100%).
Patch 8.0.1 (2018-07-17): Now requires level 30 (was 15).
Patch 7.0.3 (2016-07-19): Now a level 15 talent and redesigned.
Previous effect: Increases the critical strike chance of your Steady Shot, Focusing Shot, and Aimed Shot by 50% on targets who are above 80% health or while Rapid Fire is active.
Patch 6.1.0 (2015-02-24): Now increases critical strike chance of Steady Shot, Focusing Shot, and Aimed Shot by 50% (down from 60%).
Patch 6.0.2 (2014-10-14): Now also provides its effect against all targets when [Rapid Fire] is active, and increases critical strike chance by 60% (down from 75%).
Patch 5.1.0 (2012-11-27): Now increases the critical strike chance of Steady Shot and Aimed Shot by 75% on targets who are above 80% health, down from 90%.
Patch 5.0.4 (2012-08-28): No longer affects [Cobra Shot]. Additional critical strike chance increased from 60% to 75%.
