Captain Ripflesh is the leader of an all-gnoll mercenary group, the Blackmane Mercenaries. He and his men were hired by the Zandalar tribe in their assault on the Zouchin Strand, where he callously murdered the villagers after his men were done pillaging.[1] If his purchasing the Gnoll Decoys from the Darkmoon Faire is any indication, he isn't very intelligent.

Black Arrow 5-35 yd range — Fires a Black Arrow at the target, increasing all damage done by you to the target by 6% and dealing Shadow damage over 15 sec.
Concussive Shot 5-30 yd range — Dazes an enemy, reducing its movement speed by 50% for 3 sec. Instant.
Explosive Shot 5-30 yd range — Inflicts weapon damage and additional Fire damage to an enemy and any of its nearby allies. 1 sec cast.
Shoot 5-30 yd range — Shoots at an enemy, inflcting Physical damage. Instant. Hits for ~4400 Physical on cloth.
Smoke Bomb! — Casts a smoke bomb, stunning nearby enemies for until cancelled. Instant. Cast at 50%. Also knocks players up in the air.
