Brew of the Month Club
The Brew of the Month Club is an organization dedicated to bringing you the best and most unique brews from around the world on a monthly basis.
Membership benefits
Each month, one sample beer is mailed to the character. The beer will randomly proc a special effect for that month. The proc rate is fairly low, so having a stack of beers available will increase the chance of seeing the effect. Additional samples of that month's beer can be purchased from the the Brew Vendor at the Stonefire Tavern in Ironforge for the Alliance, or in the Valley of Strength in Orgrimmar for the Horde. The price is 1

for a stack of six beers. One full stack consists of 24 beers. These beers have an expiration time and will disappear from inventory if not used.
Drinking one of these will create a 
[Empty Brew Bottle] that can be targeted and thrown.
Originally like most memberships, from 2007 to 2012 this would expire and had to be renewed each year by purchasing and turning in a new membership form. In 2014, members who joined in 2013 and onward are given permanent membership. Leaving the club requires the purchase of an 
[Angry Brewfest Letter].
Joining
Joining the Brew of the Month Club costs 200 
[Brewfest Prize Token]. You can only acquire these tokens during Brewfest. If you have these, joining the club is easy.
Purchase a 
["Brew of the Month" Club Membership Form] from 
Belbi Quikswitch <Token Redeemer> during Brewfest at the Brewfest Grounds outside of Ironforge, or from Larkin Thunderbrew <Brew of the Month Club> in Ironforge during Brewfest. Use the ["Brew of the Month" Club Membership Form] to initiate the [1-80] Brew of the Month Club and turn the application in to Larkin Thunderbrew, completing the quest.
Purchase a ["Brew of the Month" Club Membership Form] from 
Blix Fixwidget <Token Redeemer> during Brewfest at the Brewfest Grounds outside of Orgrimmar, or from Ray'ma <Brew of the Month Club> in Orgrimmar during Brewfest. Use the ["Brew of the Month" Club Membership Form] to initiate the [1-80] Brew of the Month Club and turn the application in to Ray'ma, completing the quest.
Once you've done this, you will get a sample brew in the mail each month and can start purchasing the brew of the month from the Brew Vendor <Brew of the Month Club>.
