Patch changes

Patch 10.0.0 (2022-10-25): Re-added and redesigned as a row 7 Discipline talent (was a level 62 Discipline ability). Casting Power Word: Shield increases your Haste by 4/8% for 4 sec.
Old: After casting Power Word: Shield, you gain Borrowed Time, reducing the cast time or channel time of your next Priest spell within 6 sec by 15%.
Patch 6.0.2 (2014-10-14): Borrowed Time has been merged into baseline [Power Word: Shield] for Discipline priests as a buff that increases the priest's stat gains to Haste from all sources by 40% for 6 seconds.
Hotfix (2013-06-04): [Smite]'s cast time should now be correctly reduced by Borrowed Time.
Patch 5.3.0 (2013-05-21): Now reduces the cast or channel time of the next Priest spell by 15% after casting Power Word: Shield (was 15% spell haste).
Patch 5.0.4 (2012-08-28): Now a level 62 specialization ability for Discipline (was a tier 4 Discipline talent). Haste granted increased from 14% to 15%.
Patch 4.0.1 (2010-10-12): Moved to Tier 4 (was Tier 10), reduced to 2 points (was 5), and no longer increases the amount absorbed by Power Word: Shield.
Patch 3.0.3 (2008-11-04): Charge no longer consumed by spells with a base cast time that is instant.
