Blightpaw the Depraved is a gnoll located in the Cascades Canyon in the Ohn'ahran Plains. He is seen performing a ritual with decay magic. The encounter is started by speaking with Archaeologist Koranir, upon which he summons an Ancient Tundrafur.
Abilities
Curse of Debilitation — Curse an enemey, reducing their <Primary Stat> by 10% for 3 min. This effect stacks up to 3 times.
Festering Bolt — Reduces haste by 5% for 16 sec. Inflicts Nature damage to an enemy every 2 sec for 16 sec.
Rot Burst — Caster engulfs an area with Decay magic, inflicting 64 Nature damage to players in a 4 yd area.
