Beryl Sorcerers are human sorcerers that serve Inquisitor Salrand at Beryl Point in the Borean Tundra. Once they are weakened (the emote will signal this), they can be captured using the 
[Arcane Binder].
Abilities
Blink — Teleports the caster 15 yd. forward unless something is in the way. Also frees the caster from any bonds.
Frostbolt — Inflicts Frost damage to an enemy and reduces its movement speed for 4 sec.
