Inquisitor Salrand is floating in a force shield above Beryl Point in the Borean Tundra. Players can use the 
[Beryl Shield Detonator] to knock her out of her shield and kill her in order to loot her key from her chest while on 
[10-30] A Race Against Time. She is leading the beryl mage hunters with the clear purpose of capturing the spell-casters for the Aspect of Magic, Malygos. She appears to be extremely determined in her work.
