The Altar of Twilight, said by Cho'gall to be the "last Altar of Storm",[1] is a subzone of the Twilight Highlands located at [45, 88].
It is where The Hammer of Twilight was made and it could be found in its center during the quest 
[30-35] The Hammer of Twilight, where the player fought Skullcrusher the Mountain.[1]
Notes
- In the beta, the subzone was known as Twilight Altar of Storms.
