History
Pre-Cataclysm
"Pretty Boy" Duncan was located in a Bloodsail Buccaneers camp at the Southern Savage Coast in Stranglethorn Vale. He was previously in a relationship with Catelyn the Blade. After they broke up when she found out he was involved with the Bloodsail Buccaneers, Duncan stole her knife.
Cataclysm
"Pretty Boy" Duncan has relocated on to the The Riptide ship. Apparently, according to Fleet Master Firallon, "Pretty Boy" has failed him for the last time and has been demoted as far as he can, to the position of 'swabbie'. According to him, he has small arms and a weak respiratory system, which prevents him from gathering cannonballs from the ocean floor for Captain Keelhaul.
