Fleet Master Firallon was a leader of the Bloodsail Buccaneers found around Booty Bay until he was killed. He is located on the Crimson Veil in the southernmost part of the Cape of Stranglethorn. When his health drops while in combat, he will try to flee. He has a pet parrot, Squawky Jr..
