The Wyrmcult Provisioner is a general goods vendor located at Blackwing Coven in Blade's Edge Mountains.

He is a member of the Wyrmcult, and usually hostile to players, unless you are disguised as a member of the cult. The [Overseer Disguise] does the trick, you can obtain it during the quest [20-30] Meeting at the Blackwing Coven or after you have completed it.

He sells several run-of-the-mill general goods, but has two special items in his store:

[Wyrmcultist's Cloak], a cloak providing +24 fire resistance, one of the cheapest decent fire resistance items.
[Orb of the Blackwhelp], which will transform you into a black dragonwhelp for a short time.
