Patch changes

Patch 8.0.1 (2018-07-17): Removed.
Patch 7.2.5 (2017-06-13): Wind Strikes now increases your attack speed by 3% per point (was 10%) for 6 seconds (was 3 seconds).
Patch 7.0.3 (2016-07-19): Added.
