Water Elementals are elementals that spawn at water invasions during the Tempest Unleashed pre-expansion event.
Abilities
Aquabomb — Enchants a location to explode after a short delay, inflicting Frost damage to all enemies within 6 yards, knocking them back and blinding them.
Elemental Edema — Reduces the movement speed of the target by 25% for 6 sec. Inflicts 12 Frost damage to an enemy every 1 sec for 6 sec.
Living Whirl — Conjure a water tornado at target enemy's location. The tornado fixates the target, inflicting 10 Frost damage to any enemy that enters.
