Voidpriest Sekkta is found at his hut on the northwestern trail from Talador in the northwestern corner of Spires of Arak. Experimenting with void magic, Sekkta used the Fel Grimoire in an attempt to summon and control Gaze, an observer, but failed

Interact with the Fel Grimoire to summon Gaze once again and defeat it to loot the 
[Eye of Gaze] and 10-20
