• Judgment grants you Virtuous Command for 5 sec, which causes your Templar's Verdict, Crusader Strike, Blade of Justice, and auto attacks to deal 10.4% additional Holy damage.
• Use: Add this Conduit to your collection at the Forge of Bonds.

Virtuous Command is a conduit for retribution paladins. It drops from Grand Proctor Beryllia in the Sanguine Depths, the Stone Legion Generals in Castle Nathria, and Lihuvim in the Sepulcher of the First Ones.

It can also drop from various Shadowlands rare spawns, world quests, and Covenant Callings, scaling to your item level.
