Signatures

Hello, please keep the signatures out of the main namespace articles. Thanks — SurafbrovWarcraft Wiki administrator T / C 13:30, 9 September 2024 (UTC)

Signatures are meant for talk pages such as here on your User talk page; see Project:Signatures for more information. Adding them to content such as the zone articles you're creating is just creating additional work for other users to have to remove it. You're more than welcome to continue helping, it is very much appreciated, all I'm asking is to just omit the signature from when creating non-talk related articles such as these zone articles. Thanks — SurafbrovWarcraft Wiki administrator T / C 14:29, 9 September 2024 (UTC)

Subzone pages

Hey! While it's always nice to see such enthusiasm, I would request that you slow down just a little. When going over stubbed pages or templates listing a lot of missing pages, or red links, there's a fair chance that some amount of validation is needed. When concerning subzones, these lists are often penned while the relevant expansion is under development, and as such, not all the listed names are still in use. One example would be the page for the Djardin Island, you made. This name only appeared during early development of DF, and the ID for this subzone was later repurposed for the Upper Frostlands. Of course, this isn't anything that can't be cleaned up. Still, simply making pages based on existing lists, without double checking, can lead to a bunch of extra unnecessary work. Hi! Thank you for your enthusiasm in editing. One additional request, however: please try to mention where the location is or what creatures inhabit it. Just creating pages saying "<x> is located in <y>" so it's no longer a red link doesn't do us any good. Thank you again. --Kaydeethree (talk) 19:43, 9 September 2024 (UTC)

Empty sections

Hello, please keep in mind about the Stub policy. Fill in the empty sections or don't include them please and thank you. — SurafbrovWarcraft Wiki administrator T / C 17:18, 11 September 2024 (UTC)

Again, avoid empty sections.SurafbrovWarcraft Wiki administrator T / C 12:43, 16 September 2024 (UTC)

Content

Heya, thanks for the new pages, but please double-check what you are adding so as to not add incorrect zones and race names, random capitalization of regular words, or missing plurals. --HordeRace bloodelf male.jpg Mordecay (talk) 21:00, 15 September 2024 (UTC)

I agree with Mordecay, you have to slow down the pace and take more time to write the pages well. A well-written page is worth ten empty pages. ClassIcon paladin.png Wards (talk) 21:13, 15 September 2024 (UTC)

Please slow down, you are creating pages with typos in zones and categories, also you are not adding external links. Please have a look at the page before hitting the save button. --HordeRace bloodelf male.jpg Mordecay (talk) 11:52, 16 September 2024 (UTC)

As with the subzones above, you seem to be making pages based simply on red links on various pages. You shouldn't just make pages like this, without checking yourself. This page here, and others were placed at incorect names with little info to go on. If you're making a page, where you can't find any or much info, there's a good chance the name is not correct.
