History
Battle for Azeroth
During the time of the Fourth War between the Alliance and Horde, Richard Tornsail had been ordered by Harlan Sweete to forcibly take over the smugglers cove of Anyport in Drustvar.
Shadowlands
While thought to have been killed near the end of the Fourth War, it turns out that Richard Tornsail had in fact survived his recent encounter with one of Kul Tiras' champions. During the time when the Scourge had launched a second invasion on Azeroth, he took refuge at Light's Hope Chapel, for where he became drawn to the Light and wanted to learn to become a Paladin. Abandoning his old life as a pirate, Richard pledged his allegiance to the 
[Holy Light] and became a paladin, for where he would be ready to combat the Scourge.

Ground Pound — Slams a heavy maul on the ground, inflicting Physical damage to all enemies within 6 yards.
Skull Crack — Smacks the target in the head with a heavy maul, inflicting Physical damage.
