Long ago, Fregosa was a once a member of the Blue dragonflight. She was part of a squad of blue dragons that wer ordered to escort it from the Eye of Eternity to the depths of Azeroth's ocean. However, agents of the Horde killed the entire squad and stole the artifact.

Shadowlands

Fregosa ventured into the Shadowlands and then brought to the infinite war-like realm of Maldraxxus. As a Maldraxxi gladiator, she was currently known as "Kayt Fregosa", a loyal champion in service to the House of the Chosen led by Margrave Krexus.

Dragonflight

At some point after the House of the Chosen joined the honorable Horde, Kayt returned to Azeroth and didn't seem to feel bothered how the Horde killed her years ago. When she saw how how this new Horde was different than the one led by Garrosh Hellscream, Kayt came to accept their honor and stationed herself in Orgrimmar.
