Savor is a rare worgen located inside Light's Dawn Cathedral in Gilneas City.
Backround
Savor was never of Gilnean birth, he was a cleric from Northshire Abbey and part of the Brotherhood of Northshire. Raised in the beautiful lush of Elwynn Forest made his attached to the land, which broke his heart during the end of the First War. Along with the survivors of Stormwind, he traveled to capital city, first arriving to Southshore by sea and then walking to Lordaeron. When the Order of the Silver Hand was founded, they began recruiting. Savor was sent to Gilneas as their emissary. After for filling his duty, the cleric found a certain beauty that reminded him of home and after thinking on it he decided to become an official citizen. He took the position of the highest ranking member of the Brotherhood of Northshire and declared himself as the religious leader of the land after learning that the only remaining priest past of old age and he was the only one left. During his time in Gilneas, he would build a wedding spot in the mountains and carry sermons at the citadel. He also created a new order of clerics with a dozen people to start with, among these first was Sister Almyra. Savor would remain in Gilneas for the rest of his life, for the Greymane Wall cut all contacts with the outside world.
Northgate Rebellion
Soon after the wall was built a civil war in Gilneas had stuck, while he sided with Greymane it was feigned. He supported Crowley’s cause for he believed that the landlord was cheated. Savor would allow his citadel to become storage as well as a secret meeting spot for Crowley and his troops. When the war was over, the priest gave himself in and demand to be punished for doing the right thing. He would have been sentenced to death if Crowley hadn't interfered. Instead of being killed, he was thrown in jail for three days. After this experienced, he returned to the citadel and decided to open a care giving center for all those who were injured during the Northgate rebellion.
Cataclysm
When mysteries deaths occurred throughout Gilneas, Savor was wakened in the middle of the night and by midnight he was already investigating a corpse. After the worgen began their attack, he rushed to Genn and convinced him to free Crowley. When Darius prepared to round up the worgen, Savor agreed to stay behind and help. He also appointed, Sister Almyra as the new leader of the clerics in Gilneas. The city went silent and everyone who stayed behind disappeared without a trace. Savor would not be seen until the aftermath of Gilneas. During the Silverpine Forest questing, the priest can be encountered in the citadel he used to run, giving care to those who need it. The difference now is that he is affected by the curse of the worgen.
