The Illidari Felsworn are Blood Elves in the service of The Illidari that have consumed large quantities of demon blood. As a result they have gained new forms and powers, but are looked down upon by many of the Blood Elves in the higher command forces. The Felsworn, for all their power, are low ranked in the Illidari, only just above demon foot-soldiers.
