Illiana is a vicious combatant who thinks of nothing else but victory. In combat she leads her groups of Eclipsion Blood Elves with single minded purpose. Illiana is the leader of the Crimson Sigil Forces, the elite guard to the black temple. She also commands the Crimson Watch, a secondary base of the Eclipsion. Fel-Sworn indicted into the Eclipsion guard the Crimson Watch.

Since the victory and subsequent taking of Illidari Hold, Commander Felbreaker has remained at the fortress overseeing the daily activities.
