Illidari Highlords are blood elves found in Shadowmoon Valley. They spawn during 
[25-30] Battle of the Crimson Watch. They seem to be undead or corrupted, having the same texture as Dar'Khan Drathir, and are wearing blindfolds similar to those of the demon hunters.
Abilities
Curse of Flames — Increases Fire damage taken by 50% for 1 min.
Flamestrike — Calls down a pillar of flame, burning all enemies in a selected area and inflicting additional damage every 2 sec. for 8 sec.
