Fel-Lords are the most powerful of the Illidari Felsworn. These Dark warriors dress in the garb and wield the weaponry of that which they mimic in their increased corruption, the Blood-Lords. Fel-Lords are essentially demonic paladins that use spells similar in overall effect to paladin abilities, but are different or leave lasting effects.

- Condemnation: Unleashes demonic fire upon the enemy, increasing the damage taken from fire abilities.
- Hammer of Injustice: Stuns an enemy.
- Unholy Blast: Shoots a blast of demonic energy.
- Demonic Strike: Inflicts weapon damage to the enemy.
- Fel Storm: Rapidly spins, dealing shadow damage to targets within melee range and healing the caster and his/her group.
- Desecration: Corrupts the ground, dealing shadow damage.
- Demonic shield: Reflects spells for 12 seconds
- Corrupted Devotion aura: Reduces enemy armor by 25%
- Fel Shock: A quick burst of fire damage, heals fel tainted targets for small amounts.
