Objectives

High Inquisitor Whitemane
Thrust the anointed blades into her corpse and bring a final end to the tyranny of the Scarlet Crusade.

Use the  [Blades of the Anointed] on the corpse of High Inquisitor Whitemane to send her permanently to her final rest.

Description

<You take the second anointed blade in hand and feel the power of both swords course through you.>

<There is but one thing left to do. As the mysterious, hooded woman explained, to put an end to the Scarlet Crusade, you must thrust both blades into the corpse of High Inquisitor Whitemane.>

Progress

<The deed is not yet done. There can be no end to the Scarlet Crusade while Whitemane can come back from the dead.>

Completion

With Whitemane gone for good, the Scarlet Crusade is finished. It's just a matter of sweeping up the refuse.

And, thank you for these two new blades. Anointed anew in her blood, they should serve me well as I take the fight to Scholomance and deal with Darkmaster Gandling.

Notes

Head upstairs and in to the cathedral proper to kill High Inquisitor Whitemane for the hopefully last time.

On planting the blades:

Hooded Crusader says: It is done. You did it, <name>!
The Hooded Crusader leaps from where she appeared to Whitemane's corpse.
The Hooded Crusader gazes down upon the high inquisitor's blade-skewered corpse.
Hooded Crusader says: And now enough of this deception.
The Hooded Crusader sheds her disguise.
Lilian Voss says: Hello, my name's Lilian. You don't mind if I take those blades, do you?
The blades transform as she pulls them from Whitemane's corpse.
Lilian Voss says: Yes, these will do quite nicely. They fell almost as if they were meant for me all along.
