Toejam the Terrible is a yeti located in a cave in the Azure Span. Contrary to what his name says, he is a gentle soul willing to help children like Rowie.[1] Under his care are Icecling Ottuks. He throws boulders at the adventurers foolish enough to attack the ottuks. After being convinced by an adventurer, Toejam agreed to pretend to be beaten up by Rowie.
Abilities
Throw Boulder — Hurls a boulder, inflicting 130 Physical damage and stunning the target for 1 sec.
