The Tishamaat is an annual eredar holiday introduced during the draenei heritage questline. The Tishamaat is observed as a day for reflection, remembrance, and growth.

Until the events of the draenei heritage questline, the Tishamaat was one of many traditions the draenei had abandoned during their flight from the Burning Legion. The Prophet Velen insisted on the tradition's revival following the recruitment of repentant man'ari. [1]

Traditionally, the Tishamaat was observed in solitude. The participant inscribed their most painful memories upon a stone whilst contemplating what they can learn from and how they can grow from it. The stones are gathered by a designated memory bearer called a tishataan, who bears them to the Flame of Reprieve for burning. This ritual symbolically relieves the burden of the painful memory from the participants' souls. [2]

The first Tishamaat hosted on Azeroth was a communal event rather than private and had an additional ceremony announcing the construction of a new settlement for all eredar peoples on Azeroth.[3]
