Tinkee Steamboil is a goblin quest giver located in Detention Block in Blackrock Depths.
Before the Cataclysm, she was located at Flame Crest in the Burning Steppes. She worked for Vectus, a Scholomance teacher, studying the dragonkin of the Burning Steppes[2] and collecting dragon eggs, which he plagued.
