This quest is automatically offered upon entering the Shrine of Seven Stars. Head to just north of the Shado-Pan Garrison in Townlong Steppes to find Vereesa Windrunner at the Alliance portal camp.
On complete:
- Vereesa Windrunner says: The Pandaren are deeply concerned about the return of this "Thunder King." But I'm more concerned about the Horde. We can talk during the flight.
Speak with her again to continue.
