[Higher Learning] achievement in Dalaran.
Notes
Using this book allows you to teleport to a spire atop the Violet Citadel, at Archmage Vargoth's Retreat. You may then receive a 
[Kirin Tor Familiar] non-combat pet after speaking with Archmage Vargoth.
