The Golden Terrace.

The Golden Terrace makes up the front of the Horde-faction city of Shrine of Two Moons in the Vale of Eternal Blossoms. It has two levels: the lower level contains representatives from various Pandaria factions, daily quests for challenge dungeons, and a charm maker (for obtaining [Elder Charm of Good Fortune]), while the upper level holds the entrance to the shrine as well as a flight master and flight trainer, stable master,  [Spirit of Harmony] vendor, Battle Pet Trainer, and members of the Dawnchaser clan led by Sunwalker Dezco. Training dummies can be found on the southwest side of the upper level.

The main entrance into the shrine leads to Hall of the Crescent Moon, while the southwest entrance leads to Chamber of Masters and northeast entrance leads to Summer's Rest inn.
