Thane Illskar the Damned.

Thane Illskar is a ruthless vrykul mage that can be found in the Circle of Suffering in the Underhalls of Icecrown. He has two champions who faithfully serve him: Volgur, a warrior and Brita, a hunter. He cheated to become the Thane, using dark magic to weaken Bethod Feigr before the battle.

Objective of

Bethod Feigr asks you to help him take revenge on Illskar for defeating him by cheating in the competition to become Thane for the quest [25-30] Revenge for the Vargul.

Blast Wave (Unleashes a wave of flame, inflicting Fire damage to nearby enemies and reducing their movement speed for 6 sec.)
