Terrorfist is a gronnling that is occasionally seen heading toward the Rangari Refuge in Tanaan Jungle.
When it spawns, it will be marked on the world map with 
and a zone-wide announcement will be broadcasted:
- Frogan yells: A massive gronnling is heading for Rangari Refuge! We are going to require some assistance!
