- Use: Crush the medallion, increasing reputation with the denizens of Draenor by 1000.
- "Everyone hates the legion."
Medallions of the Legion are a reward from the follower mission 
Eldritch Horrors. It also has a chance to drop from the four rare elites required for 
[Hellbane] (Terrorfist, Vengeance, Deathtalon and Doomroller).
Notes
- This item, unlike most other reputation items, is not soulbound and can therefore be sold on the Auction House.
Patch changes
Patch 8.0.1 (2018-07-17): No longer gives rep for Wrynn's Vanguard or Vol'jin's Spear. 
Patch 6.2.2 (2015-09-01): Now only usable on Draenor to ensure players receives the appropriate reputation bonus from having a Level 3 Trading Post. - Patch 6.2.0 (2015-06-23): Added.
