Terrace of the Speakers.

Terrace of the Speakers is a location in Dazar'alor, Zuldazar where the members of the lesser tribes are located. It consists of three terraces. The lowest level includes Tal'aman on the east of the central staircase and Tal'farrak on the west. The second level has the Darkspear Embassy and the House of the Fallen Tribes. The third level is to the east of the second and leads to a road out of Dazar'alor.

With the exception of the Gurubashi tribe, which has a larger enclave separate from the city at Tal'gurub, each tribe has a number of representatives, called Speakers, present at the terrace. Most of the speakers are neutral and can be spoken to.
