The Talonbranch are a pack[1][2][3] of worgen who make their home within the area of Talonbranch Glade. They hold loyalty to Gilneas, as evidenced by the kingdom's banners that are strewn throughout the Glade, but there are some who have been around since Velinde Starsong first used the Scythe of Elune, meaning some of them are night elves.[4] They are led by Denmother Ulrica.
The pack, having taken over the Glade area (a tree akin to Tal'doren) for the most part, defends it from the Bilgewater Cartel goblin lumber operations in Felwood. Under instruction from Denmother Ulrica and with aid from their night elven allies, the pack and an adventurer are ultimately successful in destroying the operations throughout the Irontree Clearing areas. Their actions end up summoning a fire elemental, Grolvitar the Everburning, and though the Horde are able to defeat the elementals; the goblin operations are wholly ruined.[5]

The pack may be made up of other worgen packs abandoned in the area, such as the Terrowulf, as Ulrica states that some of the pack were remnants from when the Scythe first passed through the region; though it is ultimately unknown as to their origins.
