The Terrowulf were a pack of worgen, left behind in the Howling Vale of Ashenvale by Velinde Starsong.
After the Cataclysm, the Terrowulf seems to either have left or been wiped out. The Terrowulf Packlord seems to be the last remaining worgen of the pack.

It is possible they are some of the worgen who are found in Talonbranch Glade in Felwood, as the den mother states that a few of the worgen there were around during the time of Velinde's usage of the scythe.
