Tally Zapnabber is a gnome located at Toshley's Station in the Blade's Edge Mountains. He gives quests to Alliance adventurers allowing them to test out his Zephyrium Capacitorium. He has made two clones of himself - Rally Zapnabber, also at Toshley's Station, who he calls his "twin", and O'Mally Zapnabber, at Evergrove, who is known as Tally's "other twin".
Years later, Tally traveled to Boralus in Kul Tiras. As part of Razak's Roughriders, he went on Island Expeditions.
After the discovery of Mechagon Island, Tally and his team moved to Rustbolt and fought against Arcforged's mechanicals.

Abilities

BomBot 9000 — Summons a BomBot that chases enemy targets, exploding for 8 Fire damage if it can get close enough to detonate.
Zephyr Blast — Strike target with a Zephyr Blast knocking them away.
Zephyrium Beam — Inflicts Nature damage to an enemy that increases over time.
Zephyrium Static Chain — Strikes an enemy with a lightning pulse that arcs to another nearby enemy. The spell affects up to 5 targets, causing Nature damage to each.
