Hotfix (2022-11-22): Fixed an issue causing Surge of Light to not reduce the mana cost of [Flash Heal] for Discipline and Shadow.
Patch 10.0.0 (2022-10-25): Now a row 9 class talent (was a level 40 Holy talent).
Patch 9.0.1 (2020-10-13): Now available at level 40 (was 75).
Patch 7.0.3 (2016-07-19): No longer available to Discipline priests.
