Angel's Mercy is a priest class talent that reduces the cooldown of [Desperate Prayer] based on the damage you have taken.
It is an exclusive choice node with 
[Binding Heals].
Patch changes
Patch 10.1.7 (2023-09-05): Redesigned – Now reduces the cooldown of [Desperate Prayer] by 20 seconds.
- Old: Damage you take reduces the cooldown of Desperate Prayer, based on the amount of damage taken.
- Old: Damage you take reduces the cooldown of Desperate Prayer, based on the amount of damage taken.
- Hotfix (2023-07-24): Cooldown reduction is now 25% effective in PvP Combat.
- Patch 10.0.0 (2022-10-25): Now a row 8 class talent (was a level 25 Holy talent).
Patch 9.0.1 (2020-10-13): Now available at level 25 (was 30). 
Hotfix (2018-08-07): Cooldown reduction increased. - Patch 8.0.1 (2018-07-17): Added.
