Sudden Ambush is a conduit for feral druids. It drops from Blightbone in the Necrotic Wake, Lady Inerva Darkvein in Castle Nathria, and Lihuvim in the Sepulcher of the First Ones.

It can also drop from various Shadowlands rare spawns, world quests, and Covenant Callings, scaling to your item level.
