The subject of this article or section was part of Legion Invasions, a world event that heralded the beginning of the Burning Legion's third invasion of Azeroth prior to Legion.
Stormwind Guards are human footmen of Stormwind fighting against the Burning Legion during the Legion Invasions in Westfall.
Some of them can be encountered injured, being healed by Devoted Battle-Priests, riding on horses and patrolling the region, or even being mind controlled by a nathrezim. In this last case, the guards must be beaten up in order to release the demon's grasp on their minds.
They were also seen in Hillsbrad Foothills.
