Stonemaul Hold is a fortified ogre mound outpost located southwest of Dire Maul in Feralas. The outpost is led by Orhan Ogreblade, leader of the Stonemaul clan in the area.

It's from here that Orhan uses the Stonemauls to help bring the Gordunni ogres down so that the Horde can use the resources that the Gordunni waste.
