Spring Robes are sold by 
Noblegarden Merchants and 
Noblegarden Vendors during Noblegarden for 50 
and can rarely be found inside Brightly Colored Eggs.
Prior to patch 9.1.5, the robes could be used to plant flowers in five deserts as part of the objective of 
[Desert Rose]. The use effect has since been transferred to the 
[Spring Florist's Pouch].
Patch changes
Patch 9.1.5 (2021-11-02): Now cosmetic. Use effect changed from "Plant a flower.". 
Patch 7.0.3 (2016-07-19): Quality changed from common to uncommon. 
Patch 3.1.0 (2009-04-14): Added.
