During Lunar Festival go inside Maraudon. Splitrock the Elder is located in the passage way where you can find Tinkerer Gizlock. This passage can also be entered on the other side of the room where Princess Theradras is located. You must go into the water to go inside this passage. ^{[51.47, 93.71]}
