The Spirestone Butcher is a rare ogre found patrolling in the hallway leading to Highlord Omokk, leader of the Spirestone clan, in Lower Blackrock Spire.

Because he patrols alone, he is an easy fight so as long as the other ogres nearby are killed first. Recklessly pulling will add the Spirestone Butcher to the engaged group of normal ogres and make for a much more challenging encounter. He hits hard but goes down quickly.
