Spiked Fel Collar.
This black dog collar is ringed with wicked-looking barbed spikes and comes with its own leash. The collar remains fully open at all times, as if it were truly wrapped around a hound's neck, even though nothing is inside. If the leash is held and the collar released, it falls to a position exactly where a large dog would be expected to stand and follows at the owner's heals in he manner of a trained beast. While the leash is held this way, the owner can speak a single command word to summon a fel stalker, which appears within the collar. The creature may then be released to attack its master's enemies or given any other simple commands (heel, guard, fetch and so on).[1]
Patch changes
Patch 1.19 (2005-09-19): Sell value increased to 275 from 225. - Patch 1.16 (2004-07-01): Shared cooldown of 20 seconds added on all summoning items.
- Patch 1.13 (2003-12-16): Red Drake Egg, Stone Token and Spiked Collar are now level-5 items, up from level 4.
- Patch 1.10 (2003-07-03): Level decreased to 4 from 6.
