In the RPG
These large horns are carved from the tusks of the mightiest kodo beasts and ringed with hairs cut from the heads of fallen orcish heroes. The interior of a doom-horn is blackened as if gutted with flame, but is smooth and cool to the touch. The owner can blow this horn, producing a tremendous, resounding bass note that reverberates across the battlefield.[1]
