Grom Hellscream can find one in The Spirits of Ashenvale, chapter 4 of the orc campaign, The Invasion of Kalimdor.
Thrall and Cairne Bloodhoof can find one in Where Wyverns Dare, chapter 6 of that campaign.
In the RPG
This polished, crystalline white stone is translucent, so that anyone holding it up to the light can see it has a reddish liquid at the center. The owner can break it open at will with little effort.[1]
