The Cloak of Shadows provides the Hero with invisibility when worn. An invisible Hero is untargetable by the enemy unless detected. If the Hero moves, attacks, uses an ability, or casts a spell, the invisibility effect is lost.

Patch changes

• Patch 1.31.0 (2019-05-28): Heroes carrying this item can now Shadowmeld during the day as well as at night. Using this Hide ability also works with units that have Shadowmeld.
